Hi students, My name is Naomi Shu and I am your instructor.

For a solid ten years, I have been fully into the world of commercial real estate, partnered up with Marcus & Millichap. I started out strong as a top producer and eventually worked my way up to becoming Vice President.

 

My track record shines with almost a hundred deals completed, covering different types of properties. These are apartment buildings, mixed use, retail shopping strips, offices and single tenants.

 

In the intricate world of real estate talks, I have learned how crucial it is to have delicate skills. Even if a property looks like a great investment, without the ability to negotiate well, deals can stall. That is why I believe in developing these skills, as they're the foundation of successful transactions.

 

My real passion lies in sharing what I know, and it brings me joy to do so. Through this course, my goal is to give others the practical knowledge to navigate the complexities of negotiating in commercial real estate.
